Advanced Abstract Painting & Contemporary Art

Advanced Abstract Painting & Contemporary Art is designed for experienced abstract painters looking to work more independently and push the boundaries of their abstract painting practice!

Students will experiment, explore and engage in critical dialogue about their paintings and receive 1-on-1feedback with the instructor tailored to their goals. Additionally, we will learn more about contemporary abstract painters as further sources of inspiration.

This class is designed to help the advanced students deepen their understanding of abstract painting within the contemporary art landscape and help strengthen their creative approach to their own abstract works of art. A group critique is held at the end of each term.
