Representational Painting in Acrylic or Oil

Using a limited palette, beginners learn the basics of color theory and how to apply them, painting from direct observation. Students’ progress to more complicated subjects to learn techniques to create texture, reflective surfaces, glazing and more. Advanced students can work from a still life or their own photo references, learn new techniques, composition, and find their own voice or style of painting.
