Create a Cartoon\Anime Character: Tell Your Story (Ages 10-12)

Students will have fun creating their own characters all while learning the basics of everything Manga and Anime. Students will illustrate their chosen characters in different scenarios with attention to emotions, styles, proportions, and perspective. They will further the use of anime techniques of drawing with accents of colors to bring the character to life. Attention will be given to the steps of creating the finished character representation throughout the process of sketching, detailing, filling, and coloring the character(s) chosen.
