Kip Miller strives to share his creative experiences with students (of all ages) so they can learn other ways of becoming inspired by the visual arts. In working with advertising agencies, magazine publications, freelance clients and the fashion industry, as well as having his paintings, drawings and photography exhibited in museums and at various art galleries, Miller has gained relevant professional experiences to bring into the classroom. He uses these experiences and his passion for color as examples of applied learning in the areas of photography, graphic design, digital painting, illustration, layout and gallery work, as well as studio art.
Having worked with all forms of digital photography, art/design and digital printing; Miller has experience with the most recent software programs involving digital media and photography. He is also familiar with the fashion industry and photographing and designing fashion-based content. With all of this, he helps his students visualize and execute their own ideas with a fine art approach to art making.
