Oksana Urban

With over 30 years of painting with pastels, oils and acrylics, Oksana Urban ls a seasoned professional artist. She focuses on the magnificent everyday scenes seen along our beaches and waterways here in South Florida. Oksana's art draws the viewer into the scene by using a combination of clear colors and texture, natural lights and shadows. Oksana, originally from Ukraine, has a master's degree in architecture from L’viv Polytechnic Institute in Ukraine. When Oksana is not busy taking care of her two daughters, Isabella and Melania, she shares her love of art with children at the Boca Raton Museum Art School and the Sunville Academy Art School. Oksana's primary work is in the area of photo realism through pastel and oil paintings.  Oksana she has won numerous awards through juried exhibitions at local and regional gallery competitions and her works are found in national and international collections.
