Annette Oquendo

Annette has been developing arts program since 1998 for the schools in Paterson New Jersey. Producing and directing many talent shows, fashion shows, TV shows and sports programs. In 2006, she participated in the Mrs. New Jersey pageant which inspired her to become a judge for the Miss Latina New Jersey. She then opened her own pageant  (Miss Radiant Beauty)in 2019 before moving to Florida.

She developed a modeling course for young girls through her Fine Steps Models program which finished with a fashion show. She loves to encourage young girls to embark on new adventures and showcasing their talents. Producing fashion shows and creating a successful program is what she desires to do with this new venture here in Florida.
