Multi-award winning photographer Jerry Ginsberg received his very first camera on his fifth birthday. He was immediately hooked!
Over the decades since then, Jerry has passionately embraced fine art landscape and travel photography. His creative use of light, color and form blend together to produce images that are both beautiful and evocative. Ginsberg has been awarded artist residencies in several National Parks throughout America, appeared on ABC TV discussing the National Parks and published over a hundred print and online magazine articles on photography, travel and digital technology.
Jerry’s award-winning photographs have been published in hundreds of books, magazines and travel catalogs worldwide including Sierra Club, Backpacker, Outdoor Photographer, National Parks, Smithsonian, American Museum of Natural History, Inner Reflections, several books on World Heritage Sights, honored by the prestigious Arizona Highways magazine and exhibited on both the East and West coasts.
He is also the recipient of several Aurora Gold Awards for creativity. Many of Jerry’s images have been featured in the national and international advertising of many travel, outdoor, telecommunications and hotel companies.
Ginsberg is the only person to have photographed each and every one of America’s 63 National Parks with medium format cameras. This heavy equipment produces images of spectacular depth and detail not possible with ordinary cameras. To accomplish this, Jerry has hiked rugged trails, climbed mountains, rafted Class 5 rapids, dangled from airplanes and helicopters, and used horses and mules to get to these very special locations.
Ginsberg has also authored a soon to be published book on America’s National Parks.
