From climate and seasonal changes to environmental and other historical events, Cycles takes a serious and sometimes humorous look at how our human social and cultural choices, alongside other complex narratives, continuously shape our everyday experiences and consequently, our lives. Using myths, legends, archetypes, folklore, current events, and other forms of visual storytelling this new exhibition of collaged mixed media paintings, drawings, 3D elements, and digital imagery intends to feature generational concerns for all living things that occupy our planet. Joining Dorotha in this conversation will be an array of birds and other creatures, who bear witness to our human folly.
